In implementing the Political Declaration (PD) between Viet Nam and the International Partners Group (IPG) on the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP), the Prime Minister has issued Decision No. 1009/QĐ-TTg dated 31 August 2023 approving the JETP Implementation Plan and Decision No. 845/QĐ-TTg dated 14 July 2023 establishing the JETP Secretariat.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade assigns the Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority, with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), to organise the “Training and Communication Programme on the Guidelines for Investment Procedures and Application Dossiers for JETP Projects” to assist investors and stakeholders in understanding the legal framework, investment procedures, newly issued legal documents in the power and energy sector, and guidance on participation in JETP. Details are as follows:

• Time: 17 and 18 November 2025 (Monday and Tuesday)
• Venue: Vien Dong Hotel, 275A Pham Ngu Lao Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Chaired by: Leaders of the Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority, Ministry of Industry and Trade
• Participation fee: Free of charge (participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs)
