The visit is led by MOIT Vice Minister H.E. Dang Hoang An, EU Ambassador H.E. Giorgio Aliberti to Vietnam, and the French Ambassador to Vietnam, H.E. Nicolas Warnery with participation from MOIT and EVN services, EU Delegation to Viet Nam, AFD and other EU Member State(s) (tbc) to Ialy Hydro Power Plant and the 500 kV Pleiku Transformer Station.

During the visit, an interview with the media will be arranged to enlighten as to the support of Team Europe, including the EU and its Member States, to the energy sector in Vietnam.
