Under the framework of the Vietnam Energy Partnership Group (VEPG), the Technical Working Group 2 on Renewable Energy, co-chaired by the Electricity Authority of Viet Nam and the German Embassy, will organize the second meeting in 2025, which will take place:

Time: 14:00 – 16:50, Thursday 30 October 2025.

Venue: MOIT building, 23 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

Format: Offline at the MOIT meeting room or Online

Participants: Representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, relevant ministries and agencies involved in the offshore wind development, embassies, development cooperation organizations, international development partners, non-governmental organizations, research institutes, private enterprises and project developers of renewable energy projects.

Main Purpose: (1) Updates on the implementation progress and policies for promoting rooftop solar power; (2) Orientation for Offshore Wind Development: Sharing international experiences and discussing proposed policy recommendations on offshore wind energy.
